STANDARD ATTORNEY FORWARDING CONTRACT 

The above named creditor has authorized us, as its agent, and upon recommendation of GENERAL BAR List, to offer to you the above account for collection on a contingent fee basis under the following rates:

Our rates are as follows:
20 % on the first $300 collected, 18 % on the next $1, 700 collected, and 13 % on the balance collected in excess of $2, 000 on commercial claims pre suit. A 10 % contingent suit fee is added when suit is initiated. The rate for retail / consumer claims is 33 1 / 3 %.

Authorization by the creditor is required before instituting any proceeding, incurring any expense, making any compromise, or granting any extension.

For convenience and to expedite handling, the creditor prefers that all correspondence be conducted through our office, as its agent. However, especially in cases of emergency, as attorney for the creditor, you are free to communicate with the client, copying us on your letter.

The creditor authorizes you to retain your agreed compensation from all sums collected. The creditor prefers that partial collections be remitted as received.

If you accept this account, kindly acknowledge receipt by return email. Please advise promptly of the prospects of settlement, and report through us to the creditor as to the progress made.

We do not expect and will not accept any part or division of your compensation.

If you do not accept this account, please return all documents to us immediately stating your reasons.

If you negotiate a return of merchandise, it is understood that fees will be charged on one-half the value the creditor places on the returned goods.

This account is forwarded in accordance with the Statement of Principles issued by the American Bar Association under date of May 4, 1937, and with succeeding opinions and interpretations relative thereto including the Declaration of Fair Practices of Collection Agencies.

Operative guidelines for forwarders and receivers adopted by the Commercial Law League of America shall govern.

Total size of all attachments cannot exceed 20 MB for the initial forwarding letter to be generated. If additional files are required for the case, please attach to the generated case email you and the law firm receive.
